Objectives

The proposal aims at strengthening the program’s internationalization and supporting the international insertion of Unilab’s graduate program (PGEA) in a solidary way, promoting human resource training and scientific collaboration progress. Thus, enabling the access of high-level scientists, new techniques, equipment and advanced infrastructures. This initiative has the purpose of widening and consolidating international collaborations, integrating complementary competences and developing frontier research in strategic fields of Chemistry and its interfaces, including bioinorganic and medicinal chemistry, biomaterials, biotechnology, biocatalysis, new materials, nanotechnology, sensors and analytical methods, environmental chemistry, air quality monitoring, functional food and sustainable processes. As a result, the increase of high-impact scientific production and the strengthening of innovation capacity and technological products are expected, including patent filing with advances in the innovation segment.
